I was both excited and eager to try your new product at my sister’s wedding, just four days after placing my order. I want to emphasize that during my call with your employee, I specifically asked to meet the deadline, and they assured me I would receive it within two days at the most. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and I was unable to achieve the hairstyle I had envisioned for such an important family event.
I have been a loyal fan of your brand, having collected all of your products, but this experience has made me reconsider my support. If this issue is not resolved, you risk losing a faithful customer.
Due to this lack of professionalism, I would like to request a full refund as well as compensation for the inconvenience caused by the delay.
