My name is Angelica Palacios; I am writing this letter because I recently bought a product online, however this device arrived damage and I need a solution.
Last week, I bought a new computer brand Samsung N345, red color by your website. This device has a value of 2.000 dollars, and I received it yesterday. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, I saw that my new computer was damage, and it had the screen broken.
It is for this reason that I need request a solution, I need a computer as soon as possible because I need a device for my work, therefore I need return this computer damage and change for one new, however if this is not possible I will have to request a refund of my money.
