Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing this letter regarding expressing my poor experience with your train staff.
On, 8th March i booked train ticket in advance to journey for Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 10th April. I had make a plan to go within short time so i had booked in a dvance for avoiding last rush and awaited for getting confirmation. After successful booking i received the text message of deduction of amount of money from my bank account moreover i received another text message of confirmationof ticket booking.
On journey date i reached railway station early to catch the train on time. After I reached at station then i searched confirmation list that displaying on digital screen. There are no name displayed in the list evem after got a text about confirmation and i checked twice, but i did not foun my name.
Hence, I directly went to passenger assistance cabin. I explained every details that occured with me about my ticket but they told me that i have to ask to Ticket Checker in the train, apparently they do not had interest about my problem. And that same time the train has arrived at platform. So, i looking for Ticket Checker and approach him. I again explained about my issue. He checked my name in the list but he also could not found my name then i shown text message of deduction of money and confirmation of ticket. He had also not interested in my problem. And he told me that your ticket is invalid for this journey. I was helpless and did not able to journey towards my destination.
I urge to you that , please improve the system which people booked ticket from digital platform and also requesting for you should provide some assistance training your employers to do help passenger regarding ticket.
