Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the ceiling that was fixed last month. It started to crack and leak again and I noticed a green spot in the kitchen ceiling.

Last month I contacted customer service to help repair the apartment. So they sent a worker and he fixed the ceiling and covered it with a strange base which I am not familiar with.

As I mentioned there is a green spot growing in the kitchen which worried me. Because it is apparently mold, that is very dangerous since I have kids.

Therefore, I request that you send a professional team that is a repair expert. Or at least you can compensate me with fees to help me provide preparation.

I am looking forward to hearing from you. Please respond as soon as you read my message.
