I am a passager of the airline last Sunday. My flight number is TR9, from Perth to Taipei. I am writing this letter to you since the food on that flight have some problems.
Firstly, it is my first time to take airplane by your company. I had heard that the food is amazing so I really expected beforeI take the flight. However, I was extremely disappointed of the meal. There have serveral issues, such as the meat was not fully cooked and the source smell weird. As the flight attendent said that is normally situation, so I still finished that meal.
However, I felt serious stomachache at the same day that I went to emergency to see a doctor immeditaly. After the doctor checked, he said my stomachache is from the meal I took on the flight and I had to stay in hospital until I recover. The attech with this letter which is my treatment recipe, I wonder ask the fully refund from your company.
