Dear sir or madam
I am writing this letter to inform you the low quality of meal which was served on a recent flight.
I am Mr Ashish B a passenger on flight no 12345,last night i experienced one of the worst flight that i ever had before, as the food served to us was not as good and unhygienic as well and it caused me an intense stomach pain and vomiting for the whole flight.
I think some of the ingredients was undercooked and made it hard to digest and on the other hand dessert which were served along with the meal is tastes like expired.
I strongly suggest you that pay more attention the quality of your services because your flight is good itself but your customers will not be satisfied if you are providing such services. Do recruit professional chefs and staff to improve quality of food.
