Dear sir or madam

I am witting this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the food served on flight 12345 departed from Mumbai to delhi on June 24th.

The food that was served after boarding was cold and tasteless even after my complaint to airhostess the meal was not replaced. I was starving throughout the flight because for next meal they do not have any vegetarian food provided and it left me disappointed.

I would like to request partial refund for the inconvenience I had to go through. I expect the refund is given as soon as possible.

I look forward to hearing back from your airline.
