Dear Sir/Madam,

I have travelled with Sky Airways flight number HE875. This flight was from Mumbai to Singapore on 8th November 2024 at time 9:30 AM.

I have received my meal having paneer curry, rice, salad and cupcake. Paneer curry seems to be stale as it was smelling and tasting bad.

Also Paneer was very hard and rubbery. Also the rice was cold and not properly cooked. This is not expected from reputed airlines as yours.

This can cause severe food poisoning to someone.

can you please make sure that all the food items you are serving are fresh and healthy?

passanger’s health should be priority for your airlines. I believe you should have procedure to check all the food items which will be served to passengers.
