Dear Imran,

Hope you will be doing fine. I am writing to discuss the disagreement over last week’s meeting, where their was an argument over presentation. I was of the view that, the presensation layer should be bold with matalic font, but you are of the opinion that the it should be in bold but with the arial font.

Since, I joind this organization, you are the one who always guided me in every difficult situtation. I feel this is the right time to clear the air with my explanation, as I don’t want misunderstanding to be there between us. I am expecting that my explanation will be helpful in building our relation back to normal.

Once you accept my explanation, we will move forward by sitting together somewhere in the cafe, having a cup of tea there and will discuss about the future presentations.
