I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the problem, that was encountered with my latest purchase from your store.
During my last visit to your store with my wife she was amazed with your new collection of bags. So, I planned a surprise to gift the bag for her upcoming birthday, order was received on time but it didn’t aligned to the company standards. To begin with, material of the handbag was worn off and the colour was really different than what was selected at the time of purchase. I was extremely disappointed as I could not gift her anything for the occasion. I tried reaching out to contact support but due to lack of information regarding the refund and exchange process was really stressful. For thriving in the long run store should train the staff with proper knowledge that helps enhancing the customer experience. Moreover, making product returns/exchanges should be really easy as it is with other stores.
