I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your establishment. On 15th June. I bought some clothes from your store (online shop) with the expectation of receiving a hight-quality item. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that the product. I received is faulty and does not meet the standard of quality that I associate with your store.
I would like to provide a detailed breakdown of issues that I encountered with the product.
Unfortunately, when I unboxing that product one jean was tear, and wrong size (I order M size, but they gave me L size) it is too big. Furthermore, three t-shirt that I ordered it was so stain on it, and the fabric is too thin, some of it had tear too.
Considering the circumstances, I kindly request that you take the following action to address this issue. I would like to request either a replacement with a fully functional unit or provide a full refund of the purchase price, as stated in your store’s return policy.
