Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention onto the problem, that was encountered with my latest purchase from your store.

During my last visit to the store, my wife was amazed by your new collection of bags. I planned a surprise to gift the bag for her upcoming birthday. Although the order was received on time, the product was not aligned to the company standards. To begin with, material of the handbag was worn off and the color was different than what was selected at the time of purchase. I was extremely disappointed as I could not give her anything for that occasion. I tried reaching out to contact support, but due to lack of information regarding the refund and exchange process, it was stressful. For the business to thrive in the long run, stores should train staff with proper knowledge that helps enhance the customer experience. Additionally, streamlining the process of returns and exchange would bring store in line with industry standards.
