I hope this letter finds you well. I recently purchased a laptop from your online store, and unfortunately, I have encountered some issues with the product. After using it for just a few days, the screen suddenly started flickering, and eventually, it completely stopped displaying anything.

This problem has had a significant impact on me as I relied on the laptop for both work and personal use. As a freelance graphic designer, I am unable to meet my deadlines and carry out my work effectively without a functioning laptop. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress, and I am seeking a prompt solution to this issue.
