Dear Customer Service
I am writing this letter about a major problem I experienced after picking up a product I bought in this store. I have had major problems with customer service recently; the service was unimportant and the representative lied to me. I do not know why she would lie to me about my lost bill and not inform me after I bought other products here.
Furthermore, I believe my issue of forgetting the bill was successfully reported; I had the opportunity to ask the staff if I had gone back to the store. This day, I reported my problem to the manager, who was unprofessional. Unfortunately, we do not have enormous feedback from the manager; the service was in bad condition.
I hope the manager’s behavior changes and that many service improvements are made for customers, who are kings. That is a very important and challenging step toward doing great things in the future. I am requesting that the store manager be involved in my lost bill issue so you can hear the manager’s response and continue my attendant’s reporting of the issue immediately.
