Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am writing this letter to complaint about one of the drivers in your company. Actually, I was going to my home from the office on last Friday night around 10 pm and the driver was looking at me in an inappropriate way and was trying to pass wrong complements on my clothes. I really felt uncomfortable and unsafe with his behavior.

Let me explain the whole situation like what was happened that night. As I already mentioned, I was heading to my apartment, it was dark at night so I booked a cab but I was shocked to see how the taxi driver treated me. First ,he shouted at me for being late and then continuously talking about my dress sense like girls must wear apporpirate clothes etc.

Moreover, I had compained to the company but I regret that I did not get any response from them. At last, I would really appreciate it if you can teach your drivers about customer service and how to talk to the girls.
