Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you to express how my experience riding in one of your taxi routing Makati to Tagaytay. I always book a taxi when I am going out because i can relax during the whole trip and it is more convenient than commuting.

However, my last experience with your vehicle with plate number PM14567 is not as good as it is, the moment I hopped in the smell of cigarettes arose and I clearly see the cigarettes ash and butts scattered on the car seat and floor. During our way to Tagaytay I tried to open the window to let the fresh air inside because I cannot bear the smell inside but the driver was angerly told me to rolled it up. I was with my kid that time and the smell of cigarettes is not good for them, I politely ask the driver to drop us and we will just take other taxi but he refused and said that I am being dramatic over simple thing.

I am requesting you to take an action regarding this matter and to the driver of the taxi who does not care about the safety of his passengers.
