Last week, I noticed some issues related my car. My car horn was not working properly. Then I immediately called one of your workers, and they made me aware about their high costs. Despite this, I agreed to repair my car on your workshop because I always prioritize quality over costs. However, they cannot repair my car properly.
If you want to make amends for your past errors, you can fix my car horn or compensate for the damages.
