I have always been one of your loyal customers and I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction with your service.
My car’s front lights were broken due to an accident. When I contacted with one of your workers, he told me to come at 1 p.m. When I reached there, the mechanics were eating a lunch. I had to wait for an hour till they finished.
Moreover, the service was too expensive, though it did not take a lot of time tp repair. When I asked for a discount, they shouted at me, which made me feel disappointed. Unfortunately, the lights of my car stopped working after three days of this incident, in the middle of the night, which led to another traffic accident.
It would be better if you give me a full refund. You can fix my private car more properly either.
