I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent purchase I made through your online store. On 2 May 2026, I ordered a set of wireless headphones, but upon arrival, the product was visibly damaged, with scratches on the casing and one side failing to function properly.
Following this, I contacted your customer service team to request assistance. Unfortunately, the response I received was neither helpful nor satisfactory. I was advised to attempt troubleshooting steps that did not resolve the issue, and despite several follow-up emails, no replacement or refund was offered. This lack of effective support has caused considerable inconvenience.
Given the circumstances, I believe an appropriate solution would be either a full replacement of the headphones or a complete refund of the purchase price. I trust that your company values its customers and will take immediate action to rectify this matter.
