Dear Sir/Mam,

I’m writing this letter with regard my laptop that i have purchased online from your website 3 days ago.I have ordered latest model of dell laptop,it’s colour is black and it has 512 gigabyte storage with 12 gigabyte ram in it which is very powerfull.Today i recive it.

As i recive parcel it was pack in box which was very good packing.Then i open the box and it’s condition was looking very good as it was brand new but when i try to turn it ON it was not working.I thougt it’s battery is finish then i plugin charger and wait for sometime and tried again but it was still not working.

I request you for replace my laptop with same brand and qulities.If you don’t have same one in your stock then replace the brand but in need all qualities same like in my this laptop.
