I hope this message finds you in great spirits. I am extremely stressed and disppointed to write and complain about a damaged item, which was bought from your esteemed, and the most trusted online platform.
This purchase was made yesterday when I was browsing some online marketplaces to buy a painting for one of my valuable and closed friends. Because, he is obsessed with these kinds of precious gifts.
The parcel was recieved yesterday evening. With an intention to wrap it with a beautiful gift paper what I was shocked to find , its glass was completely broken.
I immediately tried to contact the salesperson consistenly, even other numbers were also tried, but, unfortunately, my all efforts failed and there was no response from your sales department.
I hope my complain will be considered seriously, and immediate actions will be taken against those who are responsible. Kindly replace my damaged product at your earliest. I look forward to hearing your prompt response.
