I am writing letter this for convey complaints related a new product buy shop online you.
On 5 Mey 2026, I bought a smartphone though website you. That item receiver on 9 Mey 2026, however it is a real shame because conditioner item have broken upon arrival.
Damage that I discovery this cracked screen this makes the item do not can be used as it should be.
In connection with this I am submit request for a full refund as soon as possible. I hope the you can provide a solusion satisfying regarding this matter.
