Hello, good afternoon. I think i sincerely want to inform that my last bought product at your company running an issue. I haven’t noticed it until i open to check the qualitiy of the product, then found out that I got the damaged one. I have been trying to fix the problem for the whole day but have no idea what to do next. I’m Writing this letter to get some inisiation from your company to fix my problem. I highly respect for the next follow up from your technician. I will write down all the damages and the specific product as the whole information down below.
Iphone 15 pro max (the phone has no response while I’m pressing the button right after charging the phone to 100% and I have been trying some ways to fix it through youtube tutorials and still will not work)
