Good day Vijay patel,

Hope this letter finds you well, I am writing with regard to several issues I am facing in the house. Past few weeks I am facing electrical issues in the house for instance, lights are flickering, frequently kitchen appliances are shutting off while using, power outlets and lights gets tripped off in living room and bedrooms.

However, I tried tackling the problem and get the solution as soon as possible by changing bulbs in the house and restarting the circuit system whenever power tripping occurs, but unfortunately it did not work out.

As the landlord I would bring you this matter for your attention and request you to look into this and arrange an electrician to work on it. Also I would like you to give me a call to discuss the further when you receive the letter. Hoping for your response.
