Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you about the issues I have been experiencing since I moved into this apartment.

I took possession of this apartment in the first week of February, 2026. Around a week later, I experienced sudden coldness in my room. At first, I thought this occurred due to cold weather, but when I checked thoroughly, I realized the thermostat stat was malfunctioning. Moreover, the next day, when I was about to use the refrigerator, I found it faulty too.

I have moved to this city recently because of my job and I am trying to settle down here. Unfortunately, these issues are affecting me and it might negatively impact my health issue.

I would be appreciative if you will look into this issue at your earliest convenience.
