Dear Mr. Leonard,

I am writing to complaint about several issues I have been experiencing in the apartment.

I am Saumya priydarshani and my apartment no 294, located at Colombo. I moved to this apartment last Friday. Yesterday night, after a busy day I went to refresh, but suddenly hot water did not come consistently. At that movement I faced many difficulties to have a bath. In addition, blockage of the main kitchen increases several problems. It makes my day to day activities more crucial. I am a usually busy with my career. I do not able to manage my working schedules conveniently.

I would appreciate, if you can repair or replace this item as soon as possible. And also, if you are unable to give proper solution to this, could you please refund my one month rent. I believe if I got my money back, I can hire a person to solve this cause.
