Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about problems I have been facing since I moved in. As I informed earlier that my apartment’s water and heater system is not working properly but no action has been taken from your side.

Since I have shifted to this new apartment, heater is not working properly and this is the winter time so we are feeling cold even inside the house. Moreover, I have two kids and they are feeling unwell. Another concern is about water leakage and because of that we are not able to use our dishwasher and shower as it slows down water flow.

It will be highly appreciated if you could take actions against it as soon as possible. I would also request compensation for the issues I had to face for the past few weeks. I am waiting for your positive reply.
