Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally complain about the noise that coming from the next unit recently. As far as I know that the tenants are students and they consistently have parties in their house. For this reason, it causes noise throughout the nights.

I work at the hospital as a nurse, and I usually must go to bed early in order to wake up energetic for the next day. Due to the noise, I have been struggling to do that, and it effects my entire day.

I have attempted to warn them to reduce the noise, and I was polite as much as possible. However, they did not take seriously at all, and I was unable to resolve the problem.

I would appreciate if you could into this matter to and take appropriate action. Thank you very much for your help.
