Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you to express my interest for the advertisement of part-time chef posted on the Indeed. Recently, I moved to this after completing my 6 months of internship as a curry chef. I would therefore like to apply for this position.

After completing my graduation in Hotel management, I was hired as a chef at sagar Indian cuisine at Carleton place, Ontario. I was responsible to cook different curries as per the customer demand along with traditional cooking method to make sure the taste will remain same. Moreover, I was helping for the preparation of the different curry sauces and dumplings that goes with the curry. Apart from this, I also learned how to operate tandoor and cook tandoori appetizers and naan breads. As a result, I am qualified for both tandoor chef and curry chef.

As it is part-time job and my preferred days are Tuesday and weekends. I am available full day on those days and apart from that I can work till noon on remaining days.
