Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about a missing item from the products I purchased from your company last week.

I ordered some filming gadgets which includes a camera, 2 lens, a headset and 2 lapel Mic with a remote control.

On receiving the item, I discovered that the lapel Mics are missing. These equipments are urgently needed for a program that needs to be captured and uploaded online and without the mic, the audio quality will be affected.

This event takes place in two days time and these items are supposed to be setup and tested before time.

I am requesting that the missing items be replaced as soon as possible in order to setup the studio before the commencement of program to ensure proper documentation as supposed.

I eagerly await your reply.
