Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the last delivery, which was not complete. I ordered a smartwatch of the company Boat including charger. Unfortunately, the charger was missing when the delivery arrived on 20th November 2024.
Since I ordered it for my brother as a surprise birthday gift, I am highly disappointed with your service. In addition to the missing item, the delivery was delayed for 2 days according to the mentioned date when I ordered the item. Due to this, I was not able to gift the product on time which I never missed since last 6 years.
To avoid this circumstance, I would appreciate it if you could send me a replacement of this product at the earliest. Moreover kindly assure that the box contains all the required accessories.
I look forward for your prompt response and I hope to get a proper replacement.
