As a customer, I am writing this letter regarding express my guests feedback about your hotel and its service.
About a couple of days ago, I had arranged a meeting in your hotel for my personnel on whole day of Wednesday. I appreciate you for providing a cozy and tranquil atmosphere and also a traditional design, inspiring a sense of belonging. Participates were very satisfied.
Nonetheless, there were some challenges. Despite our expectancy, the quality of dishes was incredibly poor and my guests spent excessive time for serving lunch. Food was remarkably cold and salty which created a cycle of problems for our old colleague who has high blood pressure.
I would suggest to increase the number of you staffs to enhance the speed of serving dishes, especially in peak times.
