Dear madam or sir,

I am writing just to give feed back after I recieved a laptop.

Last day a laptop arivved in my home at 15.00 pm. The conditions of box is god and does not matter. I opened a box slowly and carefully, cover of leptop seems great and not problem. I thought it is saving when it arrived and unboxing.

I continiou to cek a hardware and a softwere a leptop. firstly i turn on it to ceks hardware and looked from camera, baterai, and conectiing. Thats is normal and fungsi. Mindwhile I cek softweres which is Windows program and some menu, thats not fungsional. I give this information and I have video when i open and cek a leptop.

I hope you to give attantions and solution. May can you changes it or service it, thas is delevery from you. The last I say thanks for your time.
