I am writing this letter to officially lodge a complaint about a smart phone that I have purchased aproximately a week ago from your online website. I came with various defects such as crack on the camera lens and screen, fringerprint malfunction.

First and formost, these defects affect the functionality of the device everytime I use it. Due to the crack on the lens of rear camera, the picture quatlity is not satisfactory. Moreover, its challenging to unlock the phone with password everytime.

I contacted customer service representative over phone but they asked to contact you directly. I would be pleased if you can replace the phone completely.
