Dear Customer service department Team,
I am writing this to express my deepest dissatisfaction towards the mobile phone (Nokia X51) I purchased recently from your online store. I was thrilled when I placed the order and excited to open the box when it got delivered at my home today morning. I was planning to gift it as a birthday present to my dear friend on her birthday, hence I was unable to contain my joy.
My good feeling gradually vanished as the screen at the corner was cracked and the display was badly blurred which it made it impossible to view the screen without straining my eyes.
I tried returning the faulty mobile phone to your delivery agent who not only refused to take it but also added that it was not a part of his job to return the product to the seller.
He suggested me to contact your customer care team over the phone for further assistance. Unfortunately, I was not able to speak to any of your agents despite of my wait for 15 mins over the call.
From your esteemed organization what I have experienced is pure disappointment. Since the defective product can be replaced within 7 days from the date of purchase, I am entitled for a new phone. Hence, I humbly request you to provide me a new phone at the earliest. Herewith, I have also attached my invoice copy for further processing.
