I purchased an apple iphone 15 pro max. It has several defects. The camera has a crack and all pictures are blurred. Besides that, the battery life is only 95%. It should be 100% as it is a brand new product. Screen display has a touch issue.
I attended my cousin’s wedding last week. I was excited to record a vlog with new iphone. But it ruined my day. I was very upset. According to your policy, I request a complete refund within seven days of purchase for a defective mobile phone.
