Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this with reference to convey my dissatisfaction about a product I purchased from your online site. My name is Sanjana Sharma, and I recently bought a smartphone from your online store which has some defects.

First of all, on 15th August, I ordered an iPhone 15 online from your esteemed store, and delivered on 25th August. However, as parcel reached, the packaging was hampered from outside. Add on to this, as we opened the box, we encountered that the screen was damaged due to some extra pressure or poor packaging.

I was supposed to go on a trip with my friends, and had planned to make reels and memories for life. But whole plan got ruined due to this. As being a persistent customer, I have never expected this type of negligence from your firm. Earlier, I had very satisfactory experience of buying the products from store. According to policy, now I am liable to get full refund on this product within seven days of my purchase.

I hope to get prompt response from you and would like to request proper surveillance of delivering products from next time.
