Recently I bought a smartphone at your store, after a few hours of using I faced an issue with its performance.

Once I opened my smartphone it was out of charge and it was not charging for a while. Afterwards, it finally worked and turned on, but screen was constantly turning black. Additionally, the smartphone had a very slow reaction when I pressed the screen causing me lots of problems.

These problems massively impact on me, as I am an IT specialist and my work is closely related to electronic usage these constant distractions impact on my effectivness at work and reducing productivity.
