I have already send it to the customer service but nothing has been done yet.First of all, I apologize if any inconvenience was caused due to my previous complaints and I want to explain myself again because I think my problem didn’t understand, so problem is I ordered a product from online and the product arrived damaged and I want to change the product so I send it a mail to the customer service but nothing has been done yet, it’s been a while I send a mail.
