Dear organizer,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing regarding the arrangements for my stay and travel to and from the airport.

As I am arriving on 28th May, 2026, at 8:00 AM local time in New York, United States, it will take approximately 30 minutes to clear customs and reach the arrivals. I plan to return the next day at 11 AM, 3 hours before departing.

I would really appreciate it if a hotel room could be booked for my stay in the vicinity of the symposium centre, as I am not very familiar with the city, and it will assist me in navigation. Additionally, I would like to request a small car only, as I am not carrying much luggage.

I appreciate the opportunity to attend the conference.
