I am writing to you today regarding an issue im facing with one of your products, I recently purchased a laptop from your online shop that has just gotten delivered to my doorstep this morning, Unfortunatley after opening the packaging i noticed that the laptop screen was slightly cracked in the corner, Neverminding that problem i proceeded to try turning the laptop on however i was shocked to find that the damage of that little crack on the screen was more than superficial since even though i could hear the laptop turning on and the fans spinning, The screen wasn’t showing any sign of life.
I have tried communicating this issue to your company through the contact page of your shop, however i haven’t received any response whatsoever till this moment.
I expect from your reputation that you will handle this issue im facing with care as soon as possible either by sending me a different laptop and securing that packaging in a better method, or if you may kindly issue me a refund as soon as you receive this letter.
