I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a product I recently ordered from your online store. On 28 February, I purchased a SmartFit Pro Fitness Watch, and unfortunately, the item that arrived has several defects which make it unusable.
To begin with, the screen of the watch has a deep scratch across the surface, and the touch function does not respond properly. In addition, the battery drains extremely quickly, lasting less than one hour even after being fully charged. These issues were noticeable from the moment I unboxed the product, suggesting that the item may have been damaged before shipping.
Because of these faults, I have been unable to use the watch for my daily exercise routine as I had planned. This has caused considerable inconvenience, especially since I bought the product specifically to track my workouts. I have also spent time trying to troubleshoot the problems, but nothing has worked.
Therefore, I kindly request that your company either refund the full purchase price or send a replacement unit that has been properly inspected. I would appreciate it if you could arrange the return shipping at no additional cost to me.
