I am writing to inform you about a problem with a product I recently purchased from your online store. Last week, I ordered a wireless Bluetooth speaker (Order № 58291). When the package arrived, I noticed that the speaker was damaged. The outer plastic case was cracked, and the speaker makes a strange noise when turned on. It is clearly not functioning properly.
I have already tried to solve the issue by checking your website’s FAQ section and restarting the speaker as suggested. I also contacted your online chat support, but I have not received a clear answer yet.
I kindly ask you to replace the damaged product or provide a full refund. I can return the faulty item if necessary.
