I am writing to inform you about an issue with the order I recently received from your online store. A few days ago, I purchased a wireless Bluetooth speaker (Model X200). The package arrived on time, but unfortunately, the product was damaged when I opened it.
The speaker has a large crack on the front panel, and the sound is distorted when turned on. The outer packaging looked fine, so it appears the item might have been damaged before shipping.
I kindly ask you to send me a replacement product or issue a full refund for this order. I am ready to return the damaged item if necessary; please let me know the return procedure.
