Racently, I have been waiting inpatiently for the Samsung A35 Phone that I had bought from your website, however, the moment I opened the package, I couldn’t feel nothing but an extreeme dissapointment.Stanned while seeing not only the broken screen but also the damaged bottons, all that delight I’ve been carring during that long period of waiting dissapeared like if it was absolute nothing.Towards that awful situation, and after going through all possible paths to fix the damage yet no helpful result, I felt the urgent need to write you this complaint letter.
The phone condition was beyond to be easily repaired. I have to say, with all candor, that I was so much furious when I was even unable to turn it on multiple times. Even worse, words coming from repair phone stores workers shattered my heart hearing that the software can not be fixed and its better to just throw it away.At this point,no other solution remained.Facing that heart breaking truth, my only and last option was to contact the Help Service on your webstie.Thus, I’m requesting gentely for a reimbursement or another phone as a compensation after the first damaged product I received.
Last but not least,I apologise to say that things can take another path and lead to take legal actions and eventually to sue your company if the situation gets more complicated.I’m looking forward to receiving a reply from you soon.
