Good afternoon! I am turning to you for a solution about a problem I had while buying from your company.
I have recently placer an online order on your website that consisted of a couple of things, although during the delivery one of them was damaged so the receiven product is unusable.
I needed the said product to arrive as soon as possible which is why I chose your company and paid extra for the delivery so i was quite upset when the product I receiver did not live up to the expectations you have set on your website.
Since, I have ordered the same product but made by a different company. I would like to request a refund for the unsuccesful delivery a return the product.
