Dear Madam or Sir,

I am writing this letter to inform you about an issue with a product from your company. The main concern is that the sunscreen I purchased recently caused my skin to become red and itchy.

The label on the product stated that it was ‘suitable for all types of skin and will not cause any allergies,’ which was certainly not true. Due to this misleading information, I had to visit several hospitals. Additionally, I discovered that the cream contained fruit, specifically banana, which was not mentioned in the ingredients. This is dangerous for consumers, as it is essential to know what is in the product they are using. Although banana allergies are rare, some individuals can still be affected by them. Furthermore, using banana in sunscreen is not ideal for skin health.
