Dear Administration of Amazon, I hope you got this letter well. I have been using your application for 2 years. Recently I purchased a phone from your app. It had been delievering for 2 months! In description it was wroten that it will be brought during one month. I wanted to expose this fraud company that brought me this phone.

Delieverer brought it to my house today at 8 a.m. When I saw a box with my phone I was terrified! I guess it was literally thrown some times. I brought my camera to record unboxing of my box. It had been recording everything until I stopped. When I opened box with my purchase everything looked good, but when I saw my phone’s display I was really annoyed. It was cracked in so many places. I had been hoping that I will get normal phone, but it is not even usable!

I am planning to sue this company. I had been waiting for two months before my phone arrived,however they promised that it will come in 1 month. First off, i want to get back my money.
