I shop online from your company’s website dated 20 july () . My order track Id is 5678. I’m writing to complain you about your product which I recorded yesterday.
I was scrolling my phone few days back and I have been seen your website a couple of time, then I decided to purchase a laptop as you shown 10% discount on overall order. There are plenty of issues i have faced during my purchasing. First, it shows discounted price , however, after completing the procedure it shows the original price. Somehow after receiving my product, my laptop was damaged and the charger was not in the parcel.
I was so disappointed that point , because that was the last date of my assignment submission, additionally I have to taken the online class but due to this situation i was not able to join the class.
Now, I want from you to refund my money or exchange the product without the new one.
