Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dis satisfaction with the wallet, which I purchased from your store last week on Wednesday. I actually want to gift this wallet to my best friend on his birthday.

I checked each and every detail briefly, and everything looks alright. But after reached home, when I opened it and try to pack it. Then I realised its colour was faded in the centre, and there was a small hole on its right side. Moreover, the zip was also broken. However, I paid a full amount without any discount, even though I received a demage item.

Could you please examine it and change it? Because I want to gift this to my friend on Tuesday. I hope this does not cause you any problem. I am very thankful to you.
